About the Role:
  
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sales Coordinator to manage the coordination of timely and accurate customer submissions, machine deliveries and supporting the Sales Representatives with coordination of work flows.

In this customer focused role, your key responsibilities will include:
  

• Prepare official tenders, quotations and sales kits for supply of new equipment
• Support the front line sales team with technical and marketing information
• Manage internal sales database ensuring data integrity
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure machine delivery is successfully achieved as per order
• Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates on machine orders
• Coordinate new and used machine fit ups for delivery

  
About You
  
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
  

• Relevant trade qualification would be highly desirable
• Previous experience in an administrative or sales role
• Experience in heavy earthmoving industries would be highly desirable
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related disciplines is desirable
• Technical or mechanical experience and aptitude is desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience with the Microsoft AX System or other ERP systems would be highly desirable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on customer service
• High level of customer service skills
