About the Position
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and nurture the Display Home Sales team. Responsibilities will include:
- Develop, coach and nuture sales team to hit KPIs and sales targets
- Recruitment and training
- Ensure feasibility of design
- Client management and conflict resolution
- Developer relationships
- Display home mapping
Skills and Experience
Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Strong background in contract housing within the volume building space - essential
- Experience in a Sales Managers role highly regarded
- An attitude of working within the team and leading from the front
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, emotional and social intelligence
- A passion for what you do
