Coupled with year after year unprecedented growth along with expansion requirements in Melbourne a rare and coveted position within our Off Premise retail division has been created.  The position exists for a hands-on, results orientated person to join our team as a Sales Representative

About You:

Previous merchandising, sales or department manager/2IC experience in FMCG will be highly regarded but not essential.

 To be considered, you will bring:

  • A dynamic and outgoing personality
  •  merchandising and/ or sales experience within corporate and independent retailers with a proven track record of account management, closing new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Department manager/2 IC experience within corporate and independent retailers
  • Experience in calling upon a variety of target markets which will separate you from the competition- including on and off premise liquor, restaurants, hotels, major retailers and more
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills - able to deal with senior level/executive decision makers and;
  • All above skills are preferred but not essential if you are 100% willing to take on this exciting challenge
  • A drive and passion to exceed with these fun and exciting brands

Key responsibilities for these roles include

  • Developing and managing effective relationships with key customers in order to achieve both the customers' and companies objectives
  • Effectively implement sales priorities and objectives
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for the designated territory
  • Influence and secure product orders
  • Secure, merchandise and co-ordinate product installations and activity
  • Report directly to National Sales Manager

What is mandatory is the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and able to balance the needs of the business as well as a customer service focus
