About the business
We are seeking an experienced and motivated New & Used Vehicle Salesperson to join our brand-new state of the art, multi-franchised dealership located in South Hedland. Estimated opening date is August 2018.
About the role
- Selling new & used vehicles
- Gaining business from new and existing customers
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators
- Monitoring new vehicle sales revenue, margin, and expense performance
- Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes.
- Ensuring that you provide top level customer service
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products
- Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients
- Identifying and exceeding our customer's needs, with in-depth advice and service

Skills and experience
You will have an impressive and proven track record in retail sales, a desire to achieve results, the ability to meet sales targets and the ambition to succeed.
- Previous vehicle sales experience
- Ideally have Toyota dealership experience
- Ideally have experience using the dealership management system Revolution/Tune
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to achieve results & profile customer needs
- Current C class driver's license
- Ideally have Toyota dealership experience
Ideally you will have previous sales experience in the retail automotive industry, however we welcome all candidates with a strong sales background to apply.
