Our client is a leading supplier of hospital, home and long term healthcare equipment, including mattress surfaces, beds, patient transfer products and aids for daily living.

Due to recent changes and continuing growth, theyare looking to employ a dynamic member for our customer service team.

This role will require a hard working person who possesses a positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to communicate with varying internal and external stakeholders. The team is dynamic and holds a wealth of opportunity for you to add value, expand on your skill set and take ownership over your career.

You will be required to maximize sales growth in all areas by calling a portfolio of customers across several states on a regular basis to promote our fast growing product range.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promotion of several product categories to current customers, via regular phone calls
  • Identify and investigate potential future customers
  • Ongoing management of customer relationships
  • Educating medical and non-medical personnel on the clinical application and benefit of our medical equipment range
  • Analysing data, interpreting trends and make recommendations to address issues that may arise in your territory
  • Support external sales staff, in quotation preparation, product trials, generating customer opportunity pipeline

You will need to:

  • Demonstrate competency in selling and communication over the phone
  • Possess well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with customers to find solutions to their needs
  • Effective time management and self-discipline
  • Have knowledge of the Australian healthcare system. Experience in Aged Care will be advantageous.  
  • Demonstrate the ability to show initiative and be action orientated
  • Be a self-starter with a desire to succeed
  • Good basic computer skills and experience
  • Positive Manner
