Business Development Manager
Lakes Networking is an innovative IT solutions provider based in the heart of Cockburn Central. We have a work hard, play hard environment that is focused on exceeding our client's expectations. As a growing company we have set ourselves ambitious goals over the next 24 months and are looking for the right BDM to help us achieve them.
The Role
Based at our Cockburn Office you will report to the Operations Manager, however you will be largely free to develop and execute your own strategy. We are not focused on short term billing and look to form long term relationships with our clients. We win when our clients win, and our clients win when their IT runs flawlessly.
We want a candidate not afraid to hit targets by deploying any of the following.
- Canvasing Local Business (by phone and foot)
- Thinking inside and outside the square, circle or other shapes
- Attending networking events
- Hijacking friend’s birthdays and social gatherings
The Ideal Candidate
Should have a passion for generating leads and thinking large. You will be extremely autonomous and set free to unleash your passion on the unsuspecting business of Perth. General IT knowledge is a requirement; however, you will have the backing of our whole team to assist you where needed.
Your primary target is any business with 10 or more seats that needs ongoing IT Support and are suitable for our capped SLA agreements (basically every SMB in Perth).
You must have the ability to:

The Reward
As this position is open to a wide variety of candidates and skill sets, the base salary for this position is open to negotiation and will be based on previous experience and performance.
The overall salary will reflect your sales performance and will be limited only by your passion.
