The Company
Our Client is a well-regarded hardware and tooling company that provides quality products to the hardware retail market. Based from the Wollongong headquarters this role reports into the National Sales Manager and is an integral part of the growth plans of the company. Priding themselves on creating a challenging working environment, you will be joining a company that promotes a positive atmosphere and healthy work-life balance.
The Role
You will be responsible for maximising sales and profit volume in our client’s distributors (i.e., Bunnings, Mitre10, Sydney Tools etc…). You will largely be dealing with branch managers, procurement managers, and internal sales representatives at Australia’s largest DIY retailers.
The Person
The ideal applicant will have retail experience and have the ability to develop store level relationships with the decision markers in the DIY/Hardware retail sector. The company place significant importance on individual calibre so if you have account management experience from construction/ building sector and feel this opportunity would offer you a progressive move then you will consider. Our client will also consider individuals who are looking for the next step up therefore if you are working within a retail or hardware store this may be the role for you!!
Total Base Package of $50-55k + 10k Bonus + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Super
