Your opportunity:

This is a full-time role based at our Hallam, Victoria office. The Commercial Builder Rep is responsible for providing business development support to the sales team to ensure we capture and hold specifications through the complete project process.  To assure the fulfilment of specified projects and the follow through of all product groups through that specification. Efficiently manage the interface between projects specified, developer, builder and distributor.

What you can expect:

  • Be accountable as the Commercial Builder Rep for Projects across the state for all product groups.
  • Align all players within the project lifecycle, to ensure we hold specifications in all stages
  • Build and expand the presence in of dormakaba with builders and developers across the state by building strong customer relationships to fully exploit the state market potential
  • Liaise with all sales channels within the state to co-ordinate completion of all product specified within a project
  • Provide market and competitor information to the Sales Manager
  • Utilise CRM
  • Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct.

What we expect:

  • Project Management experience across different players – builders, distributors, architects
  • Proven track record in engaging major commercial builders across Victoria
  • Great communication and planning skills to communicate with different sales channels to ensure we stay on top of projects
  • Provide market and competitor information to the Sales Manager
  • Experience using BCI, Estimate One and CRM tools
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Willingness to learn
