Bathurst Toyota/Volkswagen have an excellent opportunity for an energetic Warranty clerk/Service Adviser to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking service bookings for the dealership and handling customer enquiries
- Coordinating service repairs with our Workshop Manager with the view to carrying out work in a time that suits each client
- Invoicing clients and receiving payment for work carried out
- Maintaining a complete focus on customer satisfaction
- Preparation submission and tracking of warranty claims, ensuring strict compliance with manufacturer procedures
- A thorough understanding of the manufacturer warranty terms and conditions.
- This position will report to the Service Manager
Essential Criteria:
- Achievement-oriented and driven to succeed
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Passionate about exceeding the expectations of our customers
- Professionally presented
- Moderate skill with Microsoft Office products
- Experience in office procedures including filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving and postage
- Have a "hands-on" approach to work
- Attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
- Service Adviser experience in a fast-paced Dealership
- Warranty clerk experience in a fast- paced Dealership
- Proven results in sales & customer satisfaction
- Sound mechanical knowledge
- Basic understanding of mechanical productivity & efficiency
- Ability to handle warranty and customer issues
Remuneration and training:
Remuneration will be geared to reward your achievements and includes an annual salary commensurate with experience. Ongoing manufacturer training will be provided
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Some weekend work and additional hours during the week may be required from time to time.
