We are looking for an organised, motivated and passionate Account Manager / Trip Coordinator to join our corporate global headquarters in Surfers Paradise.
As an Account Manager / Trip Coordinator you will be responsible for communicating with all clients departing on one of our Working Holiday and Au Pair Trips. You will coordinate clients’ departure, provide visa advice, receive and assess required documents and meet revenue KPI targets.
There will be a strong focus on administration and customer service.
To be successful for this position you will have:
- Proven administration experience
- Previous experience in customer cycle / service management
- A passion for travel
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills and excellent spelling & grammar
- Fantastic organisational abilities
- Experience in phone-based revenue generation
- Ability to work independently & use initiative
- Committed, loyal, reliable & honest
- Computer & technology savvy
