Due to recent account development and significant growth, this leading medium-sized organisation is seeking an Executive Account Director to lead its latest account win and very exciting high-volume business opportunity! About the Role

This position will allow you to partner with one of their major clients, ensuring superior service along with strong growth and success of the delivery outcomes. It will require the person to be a natural relationship builder who establishes strong and successful relationships - across all levels of both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to utilise your extensive strategic account management skills in the Financial Services field and really make an impact within a medium-sized business.


Duties

This role will see you involved in the following:

  • Taking ownership of client satisfaction, via exceptional service delivery and effective management of expectations;
  • Leading client projects and ensure flawless delivery;
  • Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships;
  • Ensuring that key deliverables and targets are being met; and
  • Utilising a strategic approach to ensure client satisfaction and continued growth in profitability.


Skills & Experience

  • You will need extensive experience within strategic account management;
  • Sound experience within Financial Services is essential;
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven experience in influencing decisions within a complex multi-layered environment;
  • Extensive negotiation skills;
  • Forward thinking and innovative; and
  • Results and customer satisfaction focused.
