About the role:

This is a fast moving position where no two days are the same! Some of this position will see you:
Manage and grow your own client portfolio through business development
- Create your own candidate base through advertising and interviewing
- Maintaining existing client relationships through excellent communication and sound business advice regarding recruitment
- Being a point of contact for your candidates
- Smashing your personal weekly and monthly targets
- Collaborating with your co-workers to hit your team target
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish
About you:
As this is an entry level position, as we provide a world recognised 9 month training program to equip you with the tools you need to succeed! We do however need you to bring your passion for people and drive to succeed.
This role would suit someone who also has:
- 1-2 years in a sales, target driven environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to think outside of the box and adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A curious mind, this role is all about being inquisitive and asking the right questions!
