Customer Account Manager

The role:

We are looking a self-motivated and passionate Customer Account Manager to develop and grow the business across our Discount Department Stores (DDS) customers. You will be working closely with multiple customers to create and deliver the joint customer business plans. This role is primarily focused on our Personal Care & Home Care categories.  

 

Core responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of turnover, profitability and budgets
  • Managing day to day Buyer contact and customer relationship management
  • Create and execute the personal & home care joint business plans
  • Lead range and merchandising reviews
  • Work with the category team on pricing, brand activation and new product development
  • Resolving customer service issues

You are:

An experienced Account/ Relationship Manager with an FMCG background and ideally experience working with DDS customers. You are commercial with strong financial acumen with the ability to develop business plans to drive growth. Your approach is through solution selling and you are used to working in a fast-paced business that requires strong prioritising and stakeholder management skills.

You must be self-motivated with a collaborative approach to working in a high performing team. Your negotiation skills are second to none as well as strong planning and implementation follow through.

Some inter0state travel is required.
