Inside Sales Representative
Client
Our client is at the forefront of Customer Experience Software they are the global leader in helping organisations gather, analyse and act on customer feedback gained via multiple applications of text, multi choice survey, audio and video interactions. They work with a number of enterprise level organisations throughout the enterprise space. They an inside sales representive to help focus on targeting enterprise level accounts.
Role
The inside sales representative will focus on generating leads for this high performing sales team here in Sydney. You will target contacts and follow up leveraging email, social media and technology accelerators such as Tout, ZoomInfo, Lead Lander, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to uncover high quality leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop contact data lists based on target accounts provided by field sales team;
- Hone messaging based on target segment;
- Set qualified prospect appointments for the field sales team;
- Lead qualification (BANT);
- In association with field sales, identify relevant stakeholders prior to industry events, obtain relevant background information and provide a discussion strategy for each stakeholder;
- Participate in sales planning and status meetings.
Qualifications
- High degree of professionalism, high energy level, strong work ethic and a team attitude; cultural fit is key;
- 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, experience in software solutions preferred
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven performance culture;
- Experience leveraging social media and technology accelerators for prospect identification and development is preferred;
