Whitmore Group Pty Ltd is a Sydney based used vehicle wholesale firm established in 2014. Looking to expand our small team, this opportunity is unique and versatile with limited positions being available in this particular field.
This role would be well suited to a used car manager looking for a change of pace and flexibility in their work.
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include specific focus on:
- Engaging with clients, both pre-established and from your own connections
- Provide a very high level of customer service
- Contribute to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement
- Meet the high standards expected within our culture and client expectations
To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:
- Extensive ties to the used vehicle industry
- Previous experience working in a managerial role within the industry
- The ability to interact, empathise and understand our clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A thorough knowledge of the used vehicle trade
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
