About the role
Come and join our high performing Cardiff Hyundai business, and lead a team of driven, ambitious sales professionals!
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that deliver high returns for our people, our customers, the manufacturer and shareholders. A strong advocate for our company brand, you will be a champion of the customer experience and develop great working relationships with our manufacturer partner.
You will develop innovative ways of driving business and achieving KPI's and personally lead sales training and team development. Your leadership and interpersonal skills will be a strong resource to the General Manager and you will thrive on a challenge.
About you
You will either have experience leading a car sales team and looking for a new opportunity or be an ambitious 2IC looking for the next step in your career. You would be described as an ambitious and highly capable leader. You will have a proven track record of results and a passion for developing others. High energy and charisma, other staff love you and love working with you. You will have ambitions to continuously grow your career and are looking to move into a position in a group where this is possible.
