Pharmaceutical & Medical Professionals, a Healthcare Professionals Group business is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager.

Our client is a small Australian based organisation, specialising in the area of beauty and cosmetics. The have seen continued growth, selling into pharmacies, online and internationally. Based in Sydney’s lower North Shore they foster a culture of collaboration, flexibility, accountability and fun.
About the opportunity
As Key Account Manager you will manage existing relationships and identify growth opportunities with two large pharmacy banner groups. This is an office-based role with some travel.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for your two key accounts, Chemist Warehouse and Priceline
- Analysis of your category and customers to identify opportunities
- Contribute to marketing strategies and sales campaigns
- Implementation of planograms
- Develop a launch plan to introduce new products
- Negotiate and manage trade terms, promotions, and deals
- Full accountability for budget management, tracking and optimisation
- Provide regular reviews on growth, activity, and competitor analysis
Skills and Experience
- Min 3-5 years experience as an Account Manager within Beauty, Pharmacy or FMCG in Australia
- Must have experience in managing head office/senior stakeholders
- Experience with Account management for Priceline or Chemist warehouse is desirable
- Strong record of success in sales and customer growth is essential
