Our client is a global software company that provides practice management and marketing solutions to today's dental professionals. 
A great opportunity has become available for an Account Manager/Subject Matter Expert to join their supportive, customer success team. 

Your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Responding to internal enquiries that have been generated through support team.
• Consulting the existing client base through engaging and educating them on how they can transform their good practices to great businesses via telephone and email. 
• Build strong relationships through customer service
• Selling added solutions based on identified requirements 
• Conduct market analysis regularly to keep up to date with the market

To be considered, you will need to have:

• Experience working in a phone-based role within a business to business capacity
• Previous account management experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Demonstrated ability to to convert prospects and close deals whilst maintaining sales targets
• Possess great communication skills both written and verbal
