We are a leading start-up technology reseller who due to recent growth is looking for the right candidate to help build on our success. Our business is focused on customers that are mid to large-sized enterprises and we deal with all the largest technology brands in the IT industry. The Position:
Due to our high growth, we are now looking for a customer experienced support representative to help support future growth. The role involves working closely with customers to manage day to day orders and develop new leads and opportunities. This role will also be a critical position for our future growth and is the right fit for an individual wanting true variety across all aspects of the technology industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•       Respond to customer queries and action quotes

•       Ensuring all sales operational activities are actioned accurately and promptly

•       Assist Client Directors in managing key accounts in a junior account management capacity

•       Achieve required learning certificates from key alliance partners

•       Working independently to grow your existing territory

•       Deliver exception customer service and genuine care for customers

Required Skills & Experience:

•            Genuine focus to deliver customers the best consistent experience

•            Experience with working in the technology and/or telecommunications industry

•            Positive can-do attitude

•            Is self-motivated as this is a highly autonomous role

•            Well presented

•            Outstanding spoken and written English

•            Strong written, excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to positively influence people

•            Demonstrate great time management and possess the ability to multitask

•            Flexible worker with the drive to continual learn and develop
