About the Job

Based in the School of Management, the Customer Experience Research Metrics and Performance Indicators team (CERM PI) is a leader in customer service quality research, and operational management indicators in the sport and leisure industry, with a desire to expand to the tourism and hospitality, and event industries.

As Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing new projects related to the expertise amongst the CERM PI academic team. You will be a facilitator, expanding into new industries and markets as well as liaise with existing clients to refine and further develop current projects.

Skills and Experience

You will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or significant equivalent skills and experience paired with a strong commercial acumen and experience generating new business. Your excellent track record in developing and delivering strategies to create business growth and ability to identify customer needs will be vital to your success in the role.
