So what's the role all about?

•Sourcing and identifying potential sales opportunities with new customers and already understand how to measure your own sales performance against agreed sales targets.

•Liaising with customers through the design, tendering and council process up to contract signing.

•Forming and nurturing business relationships with land sales offices all around Syndey.

•The administration and documentation of all client files to head office –you will provide client files to the Operations team with accuracy, quality and attention to detail, completing all pre-construction paperwork to meet deadlines and ensuring all customer applications and database records and files are up-to-date.

•You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding presentation standards are maintained in your display homes, actively participating in company and local estate events to promote the brand.

 

Who are we looking for?

•Previous experience in New Home Building and a sound knowledge of residential design and construction;

•Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work effectively alone when required;

•Intermediate all round PC skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;

•Experience working with "Realestate.com" would be an advantage

•Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); and

•A proactive approach to all tasks undertaken in a professional manner.

•You will be able to effectively manage leads, client workflow and enquiries.

•This position will involve some weekend work.
