Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage our end-clients remotely (phone, online, email) and face to face. GLOW is presently expanding its product offering and value proposition allowing the Account Manager to showcase and sell packaged solutions to end-clients. The majority of customer leads will be generated through the GLOW platform but there will also be a small component of seeking new sales opportunities. Prior experience with online sales/SaaS would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
• Responding to online sales enquiries
• Serve as the lead point of contact for our client relationship sales matters
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Consulting clients by engaging and educating them on how they can transform their business with insights
• Identifying and selling added solutions based on customers’ requirements
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly initiatives
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts)
Requirements
• Prior experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Ideally experienced with any of the following sectors: online subscriptions, SaaS, market research
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to to convert prospects and close deals
• Solution focused and the ability to think laterally
