Description
- Manage and develop relationships with all levels of stakeholders and key decision makers
- Achieve and exceed KPI's and budgets while identifying new business opportunities
- Agreeing joint business plans in line with the company's pricing guidelines and commercial objectives
- Develop promotional programs against market insights, improving ROI
- Preparing and presenting point of purchase strategies
- Drive innovation to accelerate growth for both the customers and business
Profile
- Experience working as a National Account Manager or National Account Executive in the FMCG industry
- Have an entrepreneurial flare and drive to deliver and execute new strategic ideas
- Degree qualified; ideally in; Business, Economics, Marketing, etc.
- Commercial ability to identify growth opportunities in the market
- Passionate with the ability to motivate and lead others
- Work as a team to deliver shared team and company goal
This is a perfect fit for a National Account Executive or junior National Account Manager to step up with more responsibility and package into National Account Management position, managing a grocery account.
