About our Client
Our client is a software business, providing solutions for a number of industries.
They are currently recruiting a for a part time BDM who will manage the relationship with existing clients and develop strategies and initiatives to drive new sales in the industry in Australia and New Zealand and then internationally.
Current clients range in size from small to large firms in Australia and New Zealand.
The product was developed over 15 years ago and since then has had many upgrades. It's easy to use and highly customizable to the clients' needs which means that it really supports the way the clients work and for many companies, has become an integral part of the way they run their business.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Generate, nurture and convert leads
- Increase sales through new business
- Liaise with current clients
- Visit existing and potential clients
- Assist in developing the product offering
- Assist in formulating strategy for the business
The successful candidate will be self motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and be able to work autonomously. You will have a high level of communication, selling and negotiation skills. You will further have the ability to establish a good rapport with clients and build strong business relationships.
