About the job
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for someone to open Premier’s brand new Melbourne office. We pride ourselves on our service, pricing and ongoing relationships with a number of Sydney based businesses, and this is an exciting chance for us to expand into a new region and offer Melbourne buisnesses and potential employees/applicaqnts these same benefits.
The team is yours to build, therefore we are looking for someone who is a natural leader and is able to grow the branch and develop a brand new team.
You will be reporting to the General Manager who is located in Sydney, therefore you will have the ability to be autonomous whilst still having sound structure and processes in place along with a clear strategy which aligns to the overall business goals.
Your key responsibilities will be to strategically steer the business towards optimal growth by:
- Achievement of quarterly/yearly budgets
- Developing key stakeholder and client relationships
- Business development and client acquisition
- Managing operations and developing and supporting your team
- Administration and reporting
About you
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a recruitment and sales background along with management experience.
It is important to us that you have a solid understanding of the Melbourne region, mainly in the blue collar/industrial arena as we understand that this goes a long way in gaining knowledge of upcoming projects within the region.
You will be a strategic thinker and be passionate about driving sales and growth through the branch.
