Our Client is a Global leader providing consultancy services and solutions for the finance, leasing and financial services markets.  They are currently seeking a generalist HR professional to join their team in modern offices located in the heart of North Sydney.  Due to growth this newly created role will see you take ownership of HR functions for one of their UK subsidiary companies whilst reporting to and assisting the HR Manager.  Your many and varied duties will include:

• Dealing with phone & email based queries from staff & management relating to all HR matters
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from advertising positions to interviewing and reference checking through to termination
• Preparing and reviewing employment contracts
• Documenting & preparing job descriptions for all positions & new recruitment
• Designing, developing & delivering staff training and development plans
• Management of personal records and files
• Facilitating regular performance reviews and managing salary & bonus reviews
• Participating in HR projects and assisting the HR Manager as required
• General administration tasks

To be successful for this position you will have previous experience in a similar role and HR qualifications. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and driven individual with a professional manner.  You will be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised with the capability to prioritise your workload.  The ability to communicate with all levels of staff and senior management is vital.

The salary is $70,000 plus Superannuation.
