We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Remuneration/Reward Consultant to join either our Sydney or Melbourne office on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide direction and key client management for an assigned suite of remuneration survey products, sourcing and delivering consulting work and contributing to strategic business initiatives around product and service lines. If you are a natural problem solver, with a real enjoyment of working closely with internal and external stakeholders this is the ideal role for you. 

Responsibilities will include:
 

• Build productive working relationships with peers and higher level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and make recommendations. 
• Use knowledge to provide consultative advice and recommendations within specific functional areas.
• Independently identify consulting opportunities, scope, resource and deliver consulting assignments within agreed timeframes.
• Proactive account management of key survey participants with the dual aim of retaining survey clients and introducing revenue opportunities to the Reward team.
• Proactive contribution and innovation to survey change process – including suggesting new job families, role profiles, remuneration components etc with a view to both insightful analysis and relevant market coverage.
• Communicate effectively with team members to effectively problem solve. 
• Use discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate action. 
• May provide guidance and training to more junior team members.

• Demonstrable experience as a Remuneration / Reward Consultant, or similar Human Capital related role.
• Requires the ability to work independently with general instruction and the ability to prioritise and organise work.
• Proven experience in analytical and data interpretation roles in a commercial environment.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build and manage professional working relationships.
• High attention to detail and professional standards
• Possess advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities. 
• Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Excel and large volumes of data.
• Tertiary qualified to minimum Bachelor level (BA, BCom, BSc), preference for Statistics units.
• Commitment to continuous development and learning.
