Based in Braeside, Conquest Recruitment Group has been in business for over 20 years and provides tailored recruitment services across a range of Industries, across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally with blue collar experience to join our busy Industrial Team.
This position requires a strong commitment to providing quality recruitment options to your clients, as well as candidates. We are looking for someone that understands the importance for ensuring procedures are in place and adhered to, while also thinking outside of the box.
No cold calling required! You will however, be given a portfolio of Accounts to manage, provide high quality recruitment services and develop business opportunities within.
The position will see you be responsible for:
- Account Management, ensuring quality of hire (temp & perm) plus ensuring OH&S requirements are being met
- Regular client visits
- Advertising, Screening, Interviewing, Reference Checking and completing staff Inductions
- Providing regular quality follow up with candidates following company procedure
- Accurate and timely database management (Fasttrack)
You will have exceptional communication skills; strong time management skills and enjoy the challenge of a busy and growing business. This role would be suitable for an individual who would like to work in an ethical company with a dedicated and hardworking team. Blue collar recruitment experience is preferred.
