The Role
As the HR Business, reporting into the GM of HR, you will drive the implementation of the the HR strategy for your client group . You will build close working relationships with line managers and through sound coaching and influencing, drive involvement in alignment initiatives. This will ensure that the client-centric culture of the greater organisation stays  embedded in the business. You will be responsible for facilitating the annual HR agenda for the business unit and will include performance and salary reviews, training and development etc. You will use data to forecast or analyse trends, productivity and suggest improvements or solutions.
  
Success
To be successful as the HR manager, you be purpose-driven and focused. Having solid experience in a similar role, you will be able to quickly find your feet in this dynamic environment. Being someone with an agile mindset you will be comfortable working autonomously or as part of the team and take full accountability for the client group. Key aspects in which you should have experience in are a strong working knowledge of employee legislation, performance management, coaching and influencing of line managers, talent acquisition and retention.
