They specialise across the Professional Services space placing candidates at all levels into permanent and contract roles. The Role
- HOT hybrid desk - awaits a highly skilled senior recruitment professional to come on board and develop upon long standing client/candidate relationships.
- Identifying new business opportunities whilst maintaining existing business with exceptional service delivery levels
- Unlimited opportunity for career development, ideally looking to appoint someone initially at senior consultant level that's hungry to move into a Team Leader/Divisional Manager role where they'll lead a medium sized team and move into a more operational based position.
About You
Must possess a minimum of 2 years agency recruitment experience; ideally within Professional Services:- Office Support/Business Services, Accountancy, Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, HR or IT Recruitment.
- A desire for sales and business growth, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Truly enthusiastic about both client and candidate relationships
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
On offer
- $75k-$85k+super base (negotiable)
- Uncapped Comms - OTE $165k
- Mobile phone allowance

- Fantastic work-life balance - 8:30am to 5pm (early finish Friday)
