About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Human Resources Coordinator to assist and oversee Human Resources operation.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Main Function
- HR Generalist duties encompassing Operational and Administrative functions.
- Provide timely and relevant HR support to management and employees.
- Act as first point of call for all employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of all employees through effective monitoring of WHS systems and compliance with WHS legislation.
- Support Managers in managing and enhancing performance, through performance review process and introduction of improvement principles.
- Provide assistance with recruitment and exit interviews.
- Assist with HR related documentation, legal matters and workers compensation.
- Update HR policies and improve HR procedures when required and directed.
Reporting
- This position reports to the Human Resources Manager for Global Hospitality Solutions.
