What you will be doing:

As a People & Culture Manager, you will work closely with the local and interstate teams to deliver strategic projects, staff development and employee benefits across the all office locations nationally.


You will also be responsible for performance management across all departments within the organisation including providing advice back to management regarding strategy and issue resolution.

You will also work closely with the recruitment team to source, interview and select quality candidates to join the family across all business functions. This will include working on the summer intern recruitment campaign each year.

For this role, experience working in the legal field is not required.
