About the Role

This role will be a split between payroll and generalist HR responsibilities. Reporting into the HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting payroll processes for employees within the Asia-Pacific region 
• Ensuring efficient data entry and data migration from Workday to the local payroll system
• Working across generalist areas such as Performance Management, HRIS implementation and assisting with L&D training 
• Helping with recruitment for specialist roles within the business
• Assisting with various projects being rolled out in the organisation

About Success

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have had previous payroll experience. Any payroll experience with ADP Payforce within Australia or Asia-Pacific will be extremely valuable. 2-3 years of generalist or recruitment experience will also be needed to be successful. Candidates with a friendly nature who are prepared to work in fast paced environments will be needed. Relevant Tertiary qualifications are also required.
