Your Role:
Based in Kings Park, you will be working collaboratively with an established HR team for a succesful global organisation.
You will provide effective and timely HR support to NSW employees as their first point of contact for all HR related matters. With the HR manager as your point of escalation, you will be mentored and developed to ensure your ongoing growth as a generalist HR professional.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Responding to HR enquiries in a timely manner
- Organising training needs
- WHS and return to work coordination
- Assisting with recruitment, new starter paperwork (e.g. letters of offer and new starter packs) and inductions
- Coordinating performance and probationary reviews
- Assisting with HR projects
To ensure your success, you will ideally;
- Demonstrate previous experience working in a demanding HR administrative or support role.
- Posess outstanding administration skills, integrity and initiative.
- Ideally you will have exposure to supporting a blue collar employee group
- You will possess tertiary qualifications or beworking towards.
This role will be best suited to someone who is looking to pursue a long term career in HR. Your service-minded attitude, accurate and detailed work and the ability to multi-task will ensure your success in this role.
