As a Senior Consultant, your role scope is to be managing your role from both client acquisition and retention, engaging on an account management model, building a profile at a range of levels and functions to maximise the service platform that we offer our clients. Equally you are proactively sourcing talent in high demand functions, not waiting for inbound calls but selectively talent referring great candidates to clients who value your proactive and high touch qualitative solutions. Independent thinking and autonomous by nature, you will get on with driving your 'business solutions within our eco-system internally' and work with others in the group to share and develop growth within larger clients. Your goal is the deliver outstanding services and the reward and remuneration will flow to you for your performance both commercially and qualitatively.
