The Role:
- Administration tasks
- Formatting recruitment proposals/ short list of candidates
- Monitoring emails, preparation of candidate packs
- Raising invoices- payment of invoices
- Database management- updating details-monitoring feedback surveys
- Diary Management, coordinate meeting/interviews- internal/ external
- Co-ordinating team events- clients events, lunches, table events
- Identifying and developing effectiveness and efficiencies within the business
- Degree qualified in business administration or relevant qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills – Both Written & Verbal
- Intermediate-advanced in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint )
- Flawless attention to detail is a must
- A team player, high energy and enthusiasm
- Significant experience as a Team Assistant or Administrator
- A true self-starter with a willingness to succeed
