THE ROLE 
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a range of generalist activities including end to end recruitment, coaching managers on all employee relation matters including performance management cases. You will provide advice and information to staff on policies including interpretation of awards and agreements. You will liaise with managers on all training and development requirements. There will be an element of administration involved in this role. 

THE CRITERIA 
To be successful in this position you need to be an experienced HR Advisor. It is essential that you have the experience to liaise and coach managers. You must be available immediately available immediately to be considered for this role.
