Our client, a leading property developer in Sydney, is looking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join their team to support recruitment activities across the business, be part of a team that is central to the company’s growth and pushes the business forward. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding talent needs and collaborating with stakeholders to define and source requirements
- Identifying and attracting talent into the business from a wide variety of on and off line sources, e.g. social networks, executive recruitment, developing networking channels, etc.
- Leading and managing the interview process with hiring managers and/or HR including post interview evaluations and providing interview feedback
- Updating the recruitment system on a daily basis so as to ensure information is kept up-to-date
- Tracking recruitment performance versus KPI’s and identifying areas for improvement
- Look to develop a pipeline of talent across the business to support future growth to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 4 year’s recruitment experience within a construction or engineering environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, comfortable delivering content to people at all levels
- Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on high volumes of data.
- Results focused and detail orientated
- A strong ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment where relationships, organisation, and a high attention to detail is required
- Efficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
