In Australia, we have teams & clients in every state, and across many industry sectors, and we are looking to grow our already brilliant HTS team in Sydney with the addition of an experienced Internal Recruitment Partner to join a high-profile MSP program.
Job tasks and responsibilities
You will be joining a recently established team within the Financial Services and will be responsible for the fulfilment of the client’s contingency recruitment requirements. You will leverage from the Hays and Supplier panels network to deliver an exceptional contractor recruitment and management service to our client’s hiring managers.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, you will have exposure to several high-profile projects where your expertise and business partnering skills will be pivotal to their success. You must be an excellent communicator, as the business is seeking an advisor to partner with their hiring managers and ensure the agencies have a clear understanding of requirement – you will not be involved in direct sourcing.
Skills and experience
- Hands-on Recruitment Consultant / Partner experience in-house, on-site or agency-side.
- Contract/Contingent recruitment experience
- Demonstrated track record of building successful stakeholder relationships including agency suppliers and internal clients, you will be responsible for managing agency relationships to source suitable applicants.
- High level adaptability and responsiveness
- Ability and willingness to travel to other client sites
- Self-starter, ability to work autonomously
- Professional and mature manner, with ability to manage sensitive conversations and service escalations
