CTM Recruitment are a specialist recruiter to the Mining, Civil and Road construction industries with over 20 years previous experience this
We are currently seeking the services of a energetic, and experienced Recruitment Allrounder to join our Malaga based offices in a fulltime capacity reporting to our operations manager
The Role will be , but not limited to previous 360 recruitment in the Civil , Mining or Road construction industry ,the ability to create and maintain new and existing business whilst maintaining the highest level of client service
The ability to mobilise new and existing employees for either Metro, DIDO , FIFO areas , Maintain our current recruitment database , undertake our recruitment interviewing processes including organising job placements and company medicals and drug screenings , specific advertising using all lines of advertising including our website and Facebook social media platforms
Maintain a direct line of service to our current clients with all orders and timelines of mobilisations and issuing updates
Create and development new and existing business including site visits , client visits , weekly projections , recruiting for specific client needs , able to identify suitable applicants and generally develop your career within our business , so no day will be the same and stuck behind a desk as the position will require an allround role
Ideally you are someone who can take charge of their position and make this their own using a smart , creative approach to the recruitment process and development
