About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an L&D Coordinator you will be part of a dynamic Culture and Experience Team who works in partnership with our stakeholders in the delivery of our People strategy.

The Learning and Development (L&D) Team sits within broader Culture and Experience Team and comprises of members who are engaged in building the organisation’s capability through learning and development interventions. You will be responsible for coordinating the learning activities behind all L&D programs. You will also have ownership of managing the ongoing administration of the organisation’s learning management systems (LMS) including follow up on compliance eLearning modules to ensure that the organisation is 100% compliant. This role will enable you to collaborate with the team to develop the L&D Calendar.

We believe that developing our people is key and thus this is not just an administrator role but a unique opportunity to grow your L&D skillset whilst performing key activities. Your expertise in managing an LMS, developing and maintaining accurate records for all L&D activities and coordinating the logistical elements of L&D events will be key. In collaboration with the HR team you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects, strategies and activities by participating in projects that help support the delivery of the organisation’s’ strategies.

Ideally we are after someone who has previous experience in the L&D Coordinator space who loves to work and be part of a team! You will join a team passionate about developing our employees with the best possible experience.
