Join our established team, specialising in the recruitment of Social Care professionals for temporary, contract and permanent positions. Based in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for maintaining current successful working relationships as well as developing new business opportunities within the Social Care sector, proving an end to end recruitment service for clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Being involved in all aspects of the end to end recruitment process including all aspects of candidate attraction and generation, screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Managing existing relationships
- Developing new business over the phone and on a face to face basis
- Ensuring visa compliance, registration, relocation and orientation for international candidates
- Candidate database management
Ideally you will have:
- A proven background within the Social Care sector and/or Recruitment experience
- A strong understanding and awareness of the healthcare industry
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Advanced computer literacy with MS applications
