What you will be doing:
  
From day one you will be assigned a Senior Consultant who will train, coach and mentor you, ensuring the professional development and progression that you want is achieved. You will become part of a close-knit, outgoing and high performance team, who work hard and like to see the funny side of the job. Your role will be to source candidates through a variety of mediums, including advertising, headhunting, referrals and networking at conferences and events.
  
Who we would like to hire:
  
Ideally you will have one of the following:

• B2B sales experience
• B2C door-knocking experience
• Recruitment experience

On top of this, you will be ambitious, driven, with high emotional intelligence, a passion for sales and a people-person.
  
What is on offer:
  
You will start on a base salary of $55k + super + bonuses + mobile phone. You should achieve your promotion to Consultant within 6 months, which will increase your base salary and you will be on full commission, with an on-target-earnings of $140k uncapped. You will receive industry standard training that will be on-going throughout your probation period and provided whenever you need it thereafter.
