As a result of rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Specialising in the Construction and Trades sector; your experience does not necessarily need to be in this area. The successful applicant will be given an existing warm client-base with quite a number of current contractors. However, there will be an expectation of growth & business development. We are seeking a candidate who values client relationships and is committed to assisting the client wherever possible. In order to be considered for this position, it is essential for you to have previous recruitment experience. 
 
Applicants MUST possess the following attributes:
  
- Be a driven individual with extensive sales and business development experience;
- Have a proven ability to develop a client-base whilst maintaining an existing clients;
- An ability to quickly build rapport with clients and candidates;
- Have a track-record in consistent-billing and high achievement; and
- Be able to work in a challenging but rewarding environment that is Recruitment!
