What will you do?
The Account Manager will manage key stakeholder relationships as well as the day to day maintenance of a large on-site work force. You will form strong relationships with stakeholders and add value through promoting a consultative approach to workforce planning. In doing this, key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Building and sustaining key stakeholder relationships
- Working in conjunction with the client to coordinate the mobilisation of new employees including assisting with site orientation, inductions and managing expectations
- Conducting health and safety activities including Site Safety Interactions, tool-box talks and inspections for each site
- Taking responsibility for ensuring OSH Compliance while minimising any areas of risk to our clients and candidates
- Travelling to site to maintain client and candidate relationships
What do you need?

- Previous experience within labour hire, civil, construction or blue collar industries preferable
- Previous account management experience preferable
- Demonstrable people management skills
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to multi task, self-manage and provide exceptional customer service
