PGC Resources is a privately owned business providing shutdown, maintenance and construction workforces, specialist crane and rigging labour and trades and labour hire.
With branches in Perth, Port Hedland and Brisbane we are a rapidly growing business that provides a fun filled, fast paced work environment for our valuable staff.
Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with blue collar recruitment and mobilisation of work crews to various sites across QLD.
Reporting to the QLD/NSW Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- End to End recruitment of blue collar employees
- Managing existing employees work commitments across multiple sites and contracts adhering to all HSE and fatigue requirements
- Mobilisation of work crews to various sites across QLD
- Organising pre mobilisation requirements including medicals, training & inductions
- Travel Bookings
- General Admin
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in blue collar recruitment in either an internal or agency environment
- Experience and understanding of minesite requirements and mobilisation processes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have a personable and friendly nature
- Be efficient and able to prioritise tasks
- Have excellent communication skills
- Experience with using FastTrack database will be highly regarded
- Be able to work unsupervised
