Urgently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a small business within the mining and resources sector based in the southern suburbs of Perth. This is a newly created role initially starting as 6 month contract with a extension or potential permanency.

Our client is a small mining service provider based South of the River in Perth. They are urgently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to start in a newly created role for an initial contract of 6 months. For the right person there could be further extension or permanency.
Description
Reporting into the National General Manager roles and responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and improving HR policies and procedures across the organisation
- End-to-end HR responsibilities including recruitment, coaching, performance management, policy and report writing
- Strategic planning, development and management of implementing HR initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
Profile
Candidates must have a HR degree or qualification in a similar role recently. Candidates with experience in a similar stand alone role will be highly considered. The successful candidate will have Mining, Resources or Heavy industry background.
