The KPMG Australia's National Talent Acquisition (TA) Team partner with key stakeholder groups to hire for a broad range of vacancies. TA focus on building exceptional relationships with stakeholders and delivering proactive solutions to attract a diverse talent pool. 

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Graduate Talent Acquisition Manager, the role of Graduate Talent Acquisition Consultant manages the end to end graduate recruitment process for a specific client portfolio. The role requires a strong interest and demonstrated ability in graduate recruitment attraction methods along with successful campaign and project management.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Manage graduate recruitment for a set client portfolio including advertising, brand management, and attraction of candidates to KPMG
• Advising and supporting partners, managers and staff on their role in the recruitment process
• Manage candidates promptly and professionally throughout the process
• Gather, document and analyse qualitative and quantitative data throughout the graduate recruitment campaign
• Manage the firm’s attendance at a variety of promotional events in the location within agreed parameters (budget and attendance criteria)
• Develop new methods to promote KPMG on campus
• Gather, document and analyse qualitative and quantitative data throughout the graduate recruitment campaign
• Accurate input, management and upkeep of the ATS system
  Manage positive relationships with external bodies to advance the needs, profile and reputation of KPMG – across various forums
• Such as: Industry Groups & Events, TA Vendor Engagement & Performance Management, Tertiary Institutions
• Ensure optimal use of TA technologies and ensure data integrity is a priority leading to optimal reporting capability for the TA function
