A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic and results-focused Franchise Recruitment Consultant to join the Franchising team at our Support Office in Chadstone.
Reporting to the Franchise Development Manager, you will facilitate the end to end franchise recruitment process for greenfield stores ensuring only the best possible partners join Retail Zoo. You'll also be supporting existing franchisees with the sale of their business as part of a collaborative and fun team that's always ready to dive in to deliver the best results possible.
In a nutshell, you will be:
- Managing the end to end Franchise Recruitment process
- Building strong relationships with current and prospective Retail Zoo franchisees
- Liaise with our Leasing team regarding all lease updates
- Domestic travel to meet with candidates face to face, facilitating franchise information sessions or brand meetings
We think the candidate of our dreams will have:
- Previous sales and/or recruitment experience
- A background within the retail/franchising industry (highly desirable)
- Be self motivated with a strong desire to achieve set targets without compromising on quality
- Proven experience building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- A sense of creative adventure and humour
