Our client is a fast paced, financial services business and they are seeking an HR & Finance Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior HR professional with 1-3 years experience. This role is based in Sydney’s CBD.
THE ROLE
This role will be split between the HR and Finance Administrator. 60% of the role will be geared towards HR administration and the remaining 40% will be geared towards finance administration. This role will also act as the EA to the CEO covering a maternity leave, until the end of September 2018. Duties will include extensive diary management, drafting of documents, reference checking, screening candidates, aiding managers and employees on HR related procedures as well as liaising with external bodies. You will coordinate training courses and ensure accurate recording of all courses. You will assist in producing HR reports and assist with the recruitment process too.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will need to have some experience within an HR role. You must be able to show initiative, and you'll have strong stakeholder engagement skills. To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available to start.
